Features of biodegradable tableware:
1. Made from 100% plant fiber. Usually the raw material is 80% sugarcane pulp mixed with 20% bamboo fiber. We can make 100% sugarcane pulp or 100% bamboo fiber as well.
2. We can make printing as well. You can have+A1:A10 your own logo printed on the products. For now, single-color printing is recommended. Moreover, the printing ink is FDA certified.
3. 120 oil and 100 water-resistant.
4. Microwave oven and refrigerator safe.
5. Environment-friendly, nontoxic, sanitary, no preservative added, harmless and healthy.
6. The raw material is sustainable. Sugarcane pulp and bamboo fiber both come from the nature, and through compost, they come back to nature.
7. The weight can be adjusted according to your request. We can adjust the thickness of the product precisely to control the weight. For this 9 inch clamshell, the recommended weight is 42-50 gram per piece. Lower weight is not recommender, since it will affect the quality. On the other hand, higher weight is available, if you need even better quality.
8. The price depends on the weight. Basically we quote on standard weight, and if the clients want to change the weight, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
9. 100% compostable. The products are HOME COMPOST certified.
10. Various sizes, shapes and applications are available. We are extremely experienced in making mold and machinery.
11. Rigid yet light-weight. The cost of transportation is not high, since we can put around 14 tons of products into one 40″HQ.
12. We accept customization. We can help you create new design, and have your own logo embossed.
